what are the two types of pollination give features of wind and insect pollinated flowers

Dear student,

The transfer of pollens from the anther of a flower to stigma of the same flower or another flower in the same plant or different plant is called as pollination. It is of two types.
1. Self pollination or autogamy is the transfer of pollen grains from the anther to the stigma of the same flower
2. Cross pollination or allogamy involves the transfer of pollen grain from the flower of one plant to the stigma of the flower of another plant.

For wind pollination,
The flowers produces large number of pollen grain to avoid and produce light weight pollen grains
For insect pollination,
Flower produces nector and are bright in color.
