(b) Employers must invest in new technology so as to increase efficiency of production and ensure compliance with government rules. (c) MNCs may provide essential training to workers who have lost their job, so as to improve their skill set and increase their employability. (d) Workers will have to inculcate learning attitude and must adapt themselves according to changing time.
