hai rahul please vote for me  The movement in Nepal was to re-establish democracy in the country while the movement in Bolivia was against one specific policy of the government. But at the same time, both the movements saw people coming to the streets to voice their demands and the concerned governments agreeing to their demands.
The following conclusions can be drawn from these two examples –
(i) These examples re-affirm that democracy means involvement of every citizen in the decision-making process. When decisions made are not in everybody’s interest, some people or some groups might feel that a particular decision is against their interests. This involves conflict between the groups.
(ii) During conflicts, mass mobilisation usually plays a crucial role. All the people come together to voice their demands. At times, these conflicts are solved through existing parliament or the judiciary. But when the conflict involves these very parliaments or the judiciary, the solution of the conflict comes from the people themselves. cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The movement in nepal was to re-establish democracy in the country. The movement in bolivia was against one-specific policy of the government. But the movements saw people coming to the streets to voice their demands. The public demonstration finally resulted in the government agreeing to their demands.

We can draw 3 conclusions from these 2 examples :

Ø Democracy means involvement of every citizen in the decision making process. It is possible that sometimes decisions are made through consensus and do not involve any conflict. But sometimes decisions made are not in everybody’s interest. Some people or some groups might feel that a particular decision is against their interests. This involves conflict between groups. There is a conflict between those who are in power4 & those who want to get power.

Ø Most of the conflicts see mass mobilization. All the people came together to voice their demands. Sometimes these conflicts are solved through existing parliament or judiciary, the solution of the conflict comes from people themselves.

Ø Some new political organizations get formed at the time of conflicts. There is spontaneous public participation also, but the political organizations organise the mass protest. These political organizations make the public protest more effective.

1) Democracy evolves through popular struggles. It is possible that some significant decisions may take place through consensus and may not involve any conflict at all. But that would be an exception. Defining movements of democracy usually involves conflict between those groups who have exercised power and those who aspire for a share in power. These movements come when the country is going through transition to democracy, expansion of democracy or deepening of democracy.
CONCLUSION 3
These conflicts and mobilizations are based on new political organizations. True, there is an element of spontaneity in all such historic moments. But the spontaneous public participation becomes effective with the help of organized politics. There can be many agencies of politics. These include political parties, pressure groups and movement groups.
SPA or Seven Party Alliance and
Nepalese Communist Party ( Maoist)
CONCLUSION 2
Democratic conflict is resolved through mass mobilization it is possible that the conflict is resolved by using the existing institutions like the parliament or judiciary. But when there is a deep dispute, very often these institutions themselves get involved in the dispute. the resolution has to come from outside, from the people.
FEDECOR and Socialist Party
In Nepal
Call for indefinite strike.
In Bolivia
Against water privatization .
