A1 :- Glaucoma is a disease of the eye in which fluid pressure within the eye rises - if left untreated the patient may lose vision, and even become blind. The disease generally affects both eyes, although one may have more severe signs and symptoms than the other.

A2:- Hypertrophy is the name given to a thickening of the heart muscle. Hypertrophy most often occurs in response to some form of stress that causes the heart to work harder. The most common causes of hypertrophy are hypertension and aortic stenosis, but any form of heart disease that increases cardiac work can cause hypertrophy.

A3:- The early stage of trophozoite development of the malaria parasite in the red blood cell; the parasite cytoplasm stains blue around its circular margin, and the nucleus stains red in Romanowsky stains, while the central vacuole is clear, giving the ringlike appearance.

A4:- Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a chronic disease that affects organs such as the liver, lungs, pancreas, and intestines. It disrupts the body's salt balance, leaving too little salt and water on the outside of cells and causing the thin layer of mucus that usually keeps the lungs free of germs to become thick and sticky. This mucus is difficult to cough out, and it clogs the lungs and airways, leading to infections and damaged lungs.

A5:-  Familial hypercholesterolaemia is an inherited condition, in which the level of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol in the blood is higher than normal from birth. The condition may be discovered if you have a routine health check. Or, you may notice some of the features such as fatty lumps on the skin or around the eyes.

A6:- A histiocyte is a type of immune cell that eats foreign substances in an effort to protect the body from infection. also known as macrophage.

A7:- passage of blood cells especially white blood cells through intact capillary walls and into the surrounding tissue.

A9:-  Germinal centers (or germinal centres; GC) are sites within lymph nodes (also within lymph nodules in peripheral lymph tissues) where mature B lymphocytes rapidly proliferate, differentiate, mutate their antibodies (through somatic hypermutation), and class switch their antibodies during a normal immune response to an infection.
