H2L2 - there are 4 polypeptide chains in an antibody. So, it represents 2 heavy 2 light chains.
Antibody is also called immunoglobulin. and there are 4 types of immunoglobulins- IgA , IgE, IgG, IgM
IgA- Immunoglobulin A
IgM- Immunoglobulin M
IgE- Immunoglobulin E
