What do u mean by Heterotrophic bacteria have a significant impact on human affairs?

Heterptrophic bacteria do not synthesise their own food and thus uses the human body to derive its nutrition or on other sources. In human body, they cause many diseases such as cholera, tetanus, typhoid. Also they can cause great damage to crops, farm animals, pets etc. That is why they have a significant impact on human affairs.
