What do we meant by cosmopolitan and why kingdom monera is cosmopolitan in nature???

Cosmopolitan means found every where. 
Monera can survive almost in every habitat whether warm, cold etc so they are found everywhere. 
Kingdom Monera includes unicellular prokaryotic organisms. These organisms do not have a true nucleus and intracellular organelles. Kingdom Monera is divided into two domains; Archaea and Bacteria.
Archaea- These are unicellular prokaryotic microbes known as old prokaryotes. These microbes are referred as extremophiles as they are found in extreme of environmental conditions such as hot springs, deep oceans, high salt habitat etc. Eg.- Halobacterium.
Bacteria- These are unicellular prokaryotic microbes found in almost all habitats. Eg.- E.coli.
