What do you mean by mental illness ?

Dear student
Mental illness is when a certain stimuli or situation is causing serious disorder in a person's behaviour or thinking.
Mental illness is caused by mixture of physiological, biological and environmental factors. Some scientist says that people who has family history of mental health disorder are more prone to such cases.But this can aslo be due to work pressure, health issue or any sort of harrasment. Changes in brain chemistry from substance abuse or changes in diet can also cause mental disorders.
So exact cause has not been identified.
