What does 2-ene represent here..Does it represent the double bond at the given number..but if so then why in first case it is taken the number after double bond and in second the number before double bond
2 ene mean the double bond in the second carbon to the next carbon that is 3 rd carbon.....according lowest numbering rule u proceed.
