What does frank suggest to taplow about waiting for mr.Crocker Harris

Frank suggests that Taplow could 'cut' because Mr Crocker-Harris was ten minutes late. It was Taplow who had made it on time and he was entitled to leave upon not finding the master. That way he could still play golf before lock-up.
