What doyou understandby Article15 ofthe constitution

Article 15 of the Indian Constitution states that no person shall be discriminated on the grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. All citizens enjoy equal rights and justice no matter to which religion, race, caste etc he or she belongs.
