What forces conspire to keep the workers in the bangles industry???

pls answer urgently...

The workers in the bangle industry are not able to flourish as all of them are engaged in bangle making which keeps them as they are in poverty and do not support them to think of doing anything else. This leads to their prison in the vicious circle of Politician, Policemen and others which conspire to keep the workers in the bangle industry. As they are not able to get free from it, they are trapped for their whole life.
