What happened if we pour 1crore ton of liquid nitrogen to sun? Does sun get freezer or the liquid nitrogen will fail to freeze sun?

It does not any significant effect on Sun. Sun is hot because of fusion reaction so liquid nitrogen will convert to gas and then plasma.
To have any appreciable effect we need to put liquid nitrogen which weight equal to half mass of sun.
