WHAT HAPPENS IF HUMANS STARTS REPRODUCING ASEXUALLY?

Asexual reproduction is a process by which the simplest forms of organisms present in earth reproduce. Those who reproduce asexually do not have any separations in sex like male or female. Only one individual is needed who can produce an identical clone of self by the mode of asexual reproduction as the genes are not shared among parents.

If a gene is having some mutation, it will directly pass to the offspring without any resistance. Thus if human reproduce asexually they will be in a risk of defects greater than when reproduced sexually and there will be no variation across the generations.

If we all reproduced via asexual production, then we would all have exactly the same genetic material within us, making us identical and exactly the same.

There is a possibility that during asexual reproduction a mutation may occur, just as mutations can happen on a molecular level, and that we may have humans with different genetic material that way.

 Hey humans can't do asexual reproduction because they are mammals ( vivaporous ) which give births to young ones.

But if it is possible then there will be same genetic material within us, making us identical and exactly the same.
