what happens when ammonium salt is heated with caustic soda sollution

When ammonium chloride(ammonium salt )  reacts with caustic soda solution (sodium hydroxide) then  water, ammonia, and sodium chloride is produced.

NH4Cl +NaOH → NaCl +NH3 +H2O.
