what happens when chlorobenzene is subjected to hydrolysis?

 When chlorobenzene is subjected to hydrolysis with NaOH at 623K and 300atm pressure sodium phenoxide is formed which in the presence of HCl gives phenol 

C6H5Cl + NaOH ----->>C6H5ONa+HCl------->> C6H5OH
