What is a format of present perfect continuous tense?

 

Dear Student,

In present perfect continuous tense, the actions, events or habits that began in the past and still continuing in the present are indicated.

Example: I have been waiting for you. (Present perfect continuous tense)

It is formed by:

I/we/they/you    have  been     + (-ing) form of the verb

he/she/it   has  been   + (-ing) form of the verb

How do we make the Present Perfect Continuous Tense?

The structure of the present perfect continuous tense is:

subject+auxiliary verb+auxiliary verb+main verb
  have
has
 been base + ing

Here are some examples of the present perfect continuous tense:
