In data handling, the range of the data is the difference between the highest and lowest no. in the data.
For eg. in the data- 5, 7, 12, 4, 2 range = 12-2 i.e 10

Mode means the no. in the data which occurs the most.
For eg. in the data- 2, 5,7,7,8, 9,9,9
mode = 9 (because it occurs 3 times)

Mean is the sum of all the observations divided by the no. of observations in the data.
For eg. in the data- 2, 5, 10, 12, 4
Mean = 33 (2+5+10+12+4) divided by 5 (no. of observations)
= 6.6
