What is a vagina

Dear student,
The vagina is a muscular canal lined with nerves and mucus membranes. It connects the cervix and uterus to the outside of the body, allowing for menstruation, intercourse, and childbirth.
It also channels the menstrual flow which occurs in humans as a part of the monthly menstrual cycle.
