Children like you should take nutritious food, that contains more proteins and carbohydrates for growth and vitamins and mineral rich foods for strength and growth. Fat is also essential for healthy skin.

Potato, Rice, Roti, Bread are rich in carbohydrates. Milk, Pulses and Sprouts provides more proteins. Fruits, green vegetables, salads are rich in vitamins and minerals. Curd, Cheese, Ghee provides good amount of fat. You can have less amount of fried items like chips, papad etc for 2-3 days only / week. Having fast food should be minimized.

Proper balanced diet with good exercise or play would keep you healthy and smart.
