​Cell-mediated immunity and lymphatic system are two separate terms.

Lymphatic system is a part of circulatory system that transports a watery clear fluid called lymph and its main function is to absorb excess body fluid and return it to blood stream. It consists of lymph nodes, lymph vessels and lymphoid organs.

Cell mediated immunity is the type of response that allows cells of our immune system (T cells) to recognize the infected cells in our body. The T cells seek out these cells, and destroy them, thereby killing the infectious agent within them.
