CLOUDS are the water droplets which remain floating in the sky. The are formed as when we go higher from the surface of the earth it becomes cooler. when we reach at a sufficient height , it becomes so cold that the water vapour change to droplets . So it is these droplets which appear to us as clouds

Clouds are the water droplets which are cooled high up in the sky because the air high up in the sky is cool.
