What is composite stomach.

Composite stomach - Also known as the compound stomach, is a type of stomach present in the group of mammals commonly known as ruminants. It is different from the simple stomach in the sense that it is divided into four chambers namely rumen, reticulum, omasum, abomasum. This type of stomach is developed from foregut of the spindle in a fetus.
