Instances of the same are: and, but, because, etc.

Various types of conjunctions are: Subordinating conjunctions, coordinating conjunctions, correlative conjunctions, etc.

Any word which joins two simple sentences can be called a conjuction.eg: and i.e she is tall. She is fair . Can also be written as : she is tal and fair

Conjuctions are the words that we use to join sentences, to tell about a particular state of something etc. or,in,at,above,for etc. are the few examples of conjuctions. For an instance: We will be leaving for the continent on this friday means we surely will leave the continent on this Friday.
