- For making payments by a bank on behalf of the consumer on any purchase, the bank or any other financial institution issues cards, which are known as credit cards.
- Through credit card payment can be done later, but interest is charged if the payment is not cleared within the stipulated time.
- Within 30 days of every month, the cardholder has to pay the amount as in the credit card system; the payable amount cannot be deducted directly from the customer’s account.
