Cryptomerozoite is a stage in the life cycle of Plasmodium. Smaller structure of cryptozoites is known as cryptomerozoites. These burst the liver cell and attacks the red blood cells of host.

Sporozoites represent one of the stages in life cycle of organisms such as Plasmodium (malaria causing parasite). They are motile cells which  are produced after sporogony  (formation of spores through multiple fission).They infect host such as human body as in case of malarial parasite, initiates asexual life cycle thereby causing severe infections in hosts.
 
Sporozoite on entering the liver cell undergoes some changes and are known as cryptozoites.
