Deforming force can also be termed as the force which displaces a body from its original position or configuration by either changing its location or its shape. 

Restoring force tends to move the place the body back to its original position or configuration.

defined as the deforming force.

removed is called restoring force. Deforming force and restoring force are not action reaction pair. Restoring
force opposes the change in the size and shape of a body
