What is difference between meteors and meteorites? i want minimum 5 points of each.

meteor-
 -a meteoroid that is observed as it burns up in the earth 's atmosphere.
-a shooting star.
-are rocky and metallic particle or fragment of asteroid or some comet resolving round the sun .
-they are burnt up as soon as they reach the earth surface.

meteorite-
-a meteroid that survives its passage through the  earth's atmosphere and impacts the earth's surface.
-they are bigger than meteors 
-they manage to reach the earth (but meteors don't).
