Dignity covers all the aspects of daily life including respect , privacy, autonomy etc.Some social situations lead to improvement in dignity and respect like increase in income, or increase in social status, or belonging to a good family or high caste leads to bring more respect with the individual. However in a democracy every individual is given right to be treated with dignity or due respect irrespective of caste,gender, religion,color,ethnicity etc. according to law and they can approach court to enforce this right .
