what is eulers formula with an example

V-E+F=2

vertices-edges+faces=2

example:CUBE=V=8

E=12

F=6 V-E+F

8-12+6=-4+6=2

pls thumbs up hope it helped u:)

the geometrical formulaVE+F= 2, whereV,E, andFare the numbers of vertices, edges, and faces of any simple convex polyhedron or of an equivalent topological graph.

Euler's formula is F+V-E = 2 that is faces+vertices - edges should give 2..Example: Take a cube the faces are 6 and vertices are 8 and edges are 12 ..so 6+8-12= 14-12= 2 so it is right ...So euler's formula is correct on cube....please please thumbs up...
