Your question seems incorrect. There is no such term as FoR.
FoB is Free on Board. It is a term that indicates whether the buyer has liability for goods that are damaged during shipment betwen two paties. When the buyer has liability then if goods got destroyed in between during shipment, he has to bear all the loss.
