Future tense refers to an action that will take place later or in near future.

Future Continuous Tense refers to an action that will take place in future and would continue for some time in future. 
It is formed by:

​​​​​​Subject + will +be + present participle of the verb (verb +ing)
For eg.- I will be cleaning the house next week.
