what is jaltarang and name its vibrating part?

A musical instrument Jaltarang consists of number of bowls containing different amount of water. The bowls containing water are struck with two sticks in proper way to produce a sound. The frequency of sound depends upon volume of water in bowl. The bowl containing minimum water produces sound of lowest frequency and bowl having maximum amount of water produces sound of highest frequency.
The air column above the surface of water kept in bawl, vibrates to produce a sound.
