skin pigments
It can be caused by

Any cut, burn or ulcers where the melanin pigments get
damaged
Due to improper hygiene
Intake of excessive junk food
Intake of pesticide treated vegetables
Use of excess antibiotics
After effect of jaundice or acute gastric
diseases
