What is meant by Bed-Wet for the process of Ejaculation?

And,
In females we've Menstrual Cycle and that blood is
collected/expelled in Pads and then thrown away and all females
know the whole system

But how Sperms or Semen is expelled out of male's body? And
Menstrual Cycle have a fixed time like 28-30 days how about in
male's?

Dear student
Bed wet for the process of ejaculation also called as
nocturnal emissions occur during sleep and it consists of
ejaculation for men and vaginal lubrication for women It mostly
occurs after puberty for the whole lives but is common during
adolescence
