What is meant by integration of production and integration of markets?

Integration of production implies the way through which a company owns or controls production in more than one nation. We may give examples of  MNCs which set up offices and factories for production in regions where they can get cheap labour and other resources. 

Integration of markets is the process of selling goods and services  beyond the domestic markets and create an international market for products. This allow producers to expand their business and compete with other producers of the World , in other markets. It brings about import and export of goods and services and establishes links between the markets.
Both the above process leads to Globalization as leads to great interaction among the people and linkages among the countries.
