Bonus means something which is paid extra above the actual salary or amount payable to any person. In a financial enterprise, Bonus is generally paid to the workers on any specific events like Diwali etc.
Bonus can also be paid subject to the performance of the employees, i.e targets If we achieve these targets company pays the bonus.
