What is momentum??

Dear student

Momentum of an object is defined as the product of its mass and velocity.
Momentum = mass x velocity
Examples given below will give some physical idea about momentum
We  need greater force for stopping or pushing a heavier body than a lighter body for a given speed.
Momentum of a bullet thrown at moderate speed is less than a bullet fired from a gun which can pierce through layers of an object.

Momentum, product of the?mass?of a particle and its?velocity. Momentum is a?vector?quantity; i.e., it has both magnitude and direction.?Isaac Newton?s second law of motion states that the time rate of change of momentum is equal to the?force?acting on the particle this anwer is from Google ok.

Their meaning is (increasing of energy more)
