What is present perfect tense and present perfect continuous tense

Present Perfect Tense - It is used to show an action that may have occurred more than once in the recent past. It is used to show an experience of a person, or talk about a change that has happened over a period of time or to talk about an achievement.
Example - I have read that book many times.
He has studied three languages.
My grammar has improved after the classes started.
Man has found a cure for chickenpox.
Present Perfect Continuous Tense - It is used to show an action that began in the past but is continuing into the present. It is an action that has been happening over a certain period of time.
Example - I have been studying since 10 o'clock.
It has been raining since last night.
They have been playing from morning.
