What is principle of discipline... explain with example in short and easy language

Principle of discipline means sincerity , respect obedience while being on a job it is not only for the subordinates but for the management also. Subordinates should listen and obey their superior for smooth functioning of the organisation like students in a school they obey their teachers follow the instructions and orders of the teachers similarly it applies in organisation. If an employee follow the instructions of their management it helps in smooth working of the organisation and if they don't obey the rules than there are punishments too for them like misbehaving leads them to get transfer / demotion also .
