What is relative adverbs?

Hey Sagar!

Though, for the term you have questioned, there is no official definition in my knowledge, I am providing you with the best I can.

When the interrogative adverbs ‘where’, ‘when’ and ‘why’ join two clauses in a sentence, they become relative adverbs.

Examples:
1.  This is the place, where the accident took place.
2.  That was the time, when I used to play for my college football team.
3.  This is the reason, why I decided not to attend the party.

Hope this helps.
All the best!
