Resource planning is the way by which we can conserve resources by using it judiciously. It is a technique or skill of proper utilisation of resources. As the resources are limited and unevenly distributed over the country their planning is essential.
Three phases that involved in the complex process of resource planning :-
1) Identification and inventory of resources [ mapping , surveying , quantitative and qualitative estimation and measurement of resources ]
2) Evolving a planning structure [ endowed with appropriate technology and human skills ]
3) Last, and the third phase, matching or comparing the resources developmental plans with overall national developmental plans.
