What is Return Inward & Return Outward?

Return Inwards means goods flowing back into business, i.e. the goods that are actually sold by business are being received back or are simply known as Sales Returns.
Returns Outwards are goods sent back by the business against some purchases made earlier. It is simply called as Purchases Returns.
