what is secondary cell culture and cell line

When primary culture is allowed to sub-cultured that is fresh nutrients and space is provided to the growing cells in culture is  known as the secondary cell culture. It involves washing the plate, removing growth media etc.
Cell line is a group of genetically identical cells derived from a single cell. They are immortal in nature. They may be formed by sub-culturing the primary cultures.

secondary cell culture : when a primary cell is sub-cultured ,it becomes known as secondery culture or cell line. (sub-culture refers to transferof cell from one culture vessels to another culture vessels)

The primary cell wall is generally a thin, flexible and extensible layer formed while the cell is growing, while the secondary cell wall is a thick layer formed inside the primary cell wall after the cell is fully grown.
