simon commision is a commision headed by john simonand came from tory govt,britain..it consists of 7 members,,it come to india to observe the constitutional system of india,,the indians started opposing it beacuse it have no indian members and all are britishers or foreign people..and there are no hope of swaraj in this..hope it helps,,thumbs up plzzz,experts..
