Marked price of T.V = Rs. 45000

Discount = 15% of 45000
               = 15100 x 45000
               = Rs.6750

Price of T.V after discount = 45000 - 6750 = Rs.38250
             
Sales tax = 12% of 38250
               = 12100 x 38250
               = Rs.4590

Final Price = 38250 + 4590
                  = Rs.42840

∴ Atharv paid Rs.42840 for the TV Set.
