what is the age group for calculating net attendance ratio in India? The ncert textbook says it is 14 and 15 years but most of the other sources say it is 6 to 10 years. Which one is right?

Study the one written in NCERT book coz our cbse boards in based on ncert not other sources. So it's betyer to refe to ncert.
