what is the angle between the tangent to a circle and the diameter at the point of contact ? give reason

Dear student,

As we know that the tangent is always at 90° to the radius where it touches the circle.
And diameter is just double of radius
Thus, we can say the angle between the tangent to the circle and diameter at the point of contact is 90°

Angle between the tangent and diameter is 90 degrees.
It is because the diameter is formed by doubling the radius.
