 the broken line is also known as jagged line it works in the following way

if you have to plot a point of 756 so would you make graph starting from 1 NO,so jagged line is drawn which means the point 1 to 1 is drawn but due to less area the point is not shown and directle 756 point is shown.

Sorry in 2nd line it is 0 to79.

The broken line is called as jagged line.If we have taken first point on x axis as 80 , then 90,100...... And we don't want to show from 0 to 19, then the jagged line is drawn from 0 to the point 80.
