What is the chemical equation for formation of Curd(Paneer) from Milk?

Lactic acid bacteria are added to the milk. Milk has lactose. These bacteria digest lactose and produce lactic acid. The lactic acid lowers the pH of the milk. Once the pH of the milk reaches the iso-electric point (around 4.6) then the milk sets and becomes solid as curd.
C12H22O11 (lactose) + H2O   -----> CH3CHOHCOOH (lactic acid)  + milk ------>curd
